Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with CKs Collection. We are committed to providing you with high-quality, custom-made products. Because all our items are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Printful, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’re happy to help. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at caylaklarkscollection@gmail.com with the following:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and the defect

  • Your order number

We will work with Printful to get a replacement or refund issued as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address

If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address and the package is returned to the sender, you will be responsible for reshipment costs once we confirm an updated address.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size selection

  • General dissatisfaction with style or color if the product matches your order details

We encourage you to double-check the size chart and product information before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or misprinted

  • The order is lost in transit (after confirmation via tracking)

If eligible, refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
