Thank you for shopping with CKs Collection. All of our products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partner, Printful. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.


Fulfillment Time

  • All items are made to order.

  • Fulfillment typically takes 2–7 business days depending on product type and order volume.

  • Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.


Shipping Time

  • After fulfillment, standard shipping times vary by destination:

    • USA: 3–5 business days

    • International: 5–20 business days

Note: These are estimated shipping times and may be affected by external factors such as carrier delays or customs.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products.

  • Multiple items may be shipped separately, depending on availability and fulfillment location.


Shipping Carriers

We use a range of carriers including USPS, FedEx, DHL, and others, depending on the destination and service availability.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If the shipping address is entered incorrectly or is incomplete and results in a return to sender, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs after providing the correct address.


Lost or Stolen Packages

CKs Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us at caylaklarkscollection@gmail.com so we can help investigate the issue.
